A: Every single property is unique. Please contact me and I would be happy to do a walk-through of your property and give you an accurate property rental evaluation.

High Quality Tenants: We can help you find excellent tenants with our easy online application process, and prescreening

Detailed Accounting and Timely Payments: We send rental payments to property owners through monthly direct deposits, and we provide online monthly and yearly statements. You can access these 24×7 at your convenience through our Property Owner portal.

Stay Informed: You will have a dedicated property manager who completes regular inspections and keeps you up to date with clear and frequent communication.

Q: Do you do strata management?

A: No, we do not.

Q: Do you do short term rentals?

A: No. We manage properties for long term rentals; we offer a minimum one-year contract.
